摘要
齿轮径向跳动误差源于齿轮加工安装偏心引起的原理性误差,实际测量中由于齿轮芯轴中心孔偏心,会使测量结果产生系统误差,需予以消除。通过对实际的齿轮进行测量,分析得出当齿轮安装回转中心与芯轴中心一致时,齿轮径向跳动误差与芯轴的径向跳动误差产生同向误差;反之,产生反向误差。将齿轮芯轴的径向跳动误差作为修正值,对齿轮径向跳动误差测量值进行补偿,即可获得齿轮径向跳动误差的真实值,可以实现对齿轮精度的正确评定。
The radial runout error of gear is caused by principle error due to the eccentricity of gear installation when machining.In the actual measurement,owing to the eccentricity of the center hole of the gear core shaft,the system measurement error will be introduced into the result and must be eliminated.By measuring the actual gear,it is analyzed that the radial runout error of gear is synchronous with the radial runout error of core shaft when the rotary center of gear installation is consistent with the center of core shaft.Conversely,the reverse error is generated.As the radial runout error of gear core shaft is taken as the correction value,thus the measurement value of gear radial runout error is compensated,therefore,the true value of gear radial runout error can be obtained through this method,which can give the right evaluation of gear precision.
