摘要
现如今海油工程项目质量管理依然存在着很多需要解决的问题,包括质量管理水平无法满足国际环境竞争力、管理模式落后、人员能力有待提高等情况。为了达到持续改进、打造具备核心竞争力的项目管理团队,质量管理工作的提升是一个必然的趋势。提升方向从组织架构、人员培养、目标设定、工作执行、经验积累几个方面探讨分析。从这几个方面的提升最终达到总体质量管理提升的目的,为后续海洋石油工程项目质量管理工作提供新的思路。
So far offshore oil engineering project quality management still have many problems need to be solved,including the quality management level should meet international environmental;backward management mode;personnel capability has to improve and so on.In order to achieve continuous improvement,and building a project team have core competence,the improvement of project quality management will be a solution.The improvement shall be carried out including organization;personnel training,target setting,work implementation,experience accumulation.If we can improve all these processes it means the project quality management shall be improved,and also provide the new ideas for offshore oil engineering project.
