摘要
我国的城市建设正在逐步从"增量市场"迈入"存量市场"的时代。目前大量的既有建筑外保温工程在长期服役后出现了保护层开裂、空鼓和脱落的问题。介绍近年来既有建筑外墙保温系统现场无损或微破损检测技术的研究现状以及针对外保温系统进行评估研究的进展,探讨目前各检测技术及评估研究的优缺点及应用前景。
China’s urban construction is gradually changing from the"incremental market"into the"stock market"era.A large number of the existing external thermal insulation buildings experienced problems with cracking,hollow drums and peeling of the protective layer after a long-term service.This paper introduces the current status of non-destructive or micro-destructive detection techniques for ETICS for existing buildings and the progress of evaluation of ETICS in recent years,and discusses the advantages,disadvantages and application prospects of these research results.
