摘要 3D打印是第四次工业革命的关键技术,在个性化、复杂性、小批量产品的制造方面具有独特优势。目前,3D打印技术还没有成为一种主流的制造技术。本研究分析了3D打印技术应用受限的主要原因,重新思考了3D打印技术的应用优势,提出从突破设计规则、谋划市场布局入手,共培共育人才,融合先进技术,为产业的智能制造升级提供更好的创新手段和技术支持。 3D printing is the key technology of the fourth industrial revolution,which has unique advantages in the manufacturing of personalized,complex and small batch products.However,3D printing has not been one of the mainstream technologies.In order to solve the problem that 3D printing technology is limited in application,the reasons and rethinks the application significance and advantages of 3D printing technology are analyzed.From the aspects of breaking through the design rules,planning the market layout and co-training talents,integrating advanced technology,some suggestions to promote the application of 3D printing technology are put forward.The wide application and integrated development of 3D printing technology will provide better innovative means and technical support for the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.
