基于AHP对老旧城区绿色重构价值评定研究——以成渝地区遂宁市改造为例

Study on the Value Assessment of Green Reconstruction in Old Urban Area Based on AHP--A Case of the Reconstruction of Suining in Chengdu-Chongqing Area

本文以老旧城区绿色重构问题为导向,结合城区未来发展更新需求,坚持"绿色、可持续"的重构思路,通过空间安全、投资价值、文化价值、生态价值、社会价值五个方面构建老旧城区绿色重构价值评定指标体系。利用AHP法对指标定权,从而构建老旧城区绿色重构价值评定模型,并以成渝地区遂宁市老旧城区改造为例进行模型的论证。以期提高老旧城区绿色重构的质量和效果,为城区的绿色重构工作提供参考借鉴。

This paper is guided by the issue of green reconstruction in old urban areas.Combined with the future development and renewal needs of urban areas,the paper adheres to“green and sustainable”reconstruction thinking,and establishes the green reconstruction value evaluation index system for the old urban area from five aspects:space security,investment value,cultural value,ecological value,and social value.The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the indicators so as to construct a comprehensive urban green reconstruction value assessment model.The paper takes the reconstruction of the old urban area of Suining in Chengdu and Chongqing area as an example to demonstrate the model with a view to improve the quality and effect of green reconstruction in old urban areas,and provide a reference for green reconstruction in urban areas.
