中国城市化进程下“绿色走廊”发展策略初探

An Exploration into the Development Strategy of“Greenway”in China’s Urbanization Process

绿色走廊作为城市景观规划中一项重要的景观结构要素,是连接人与自然的各种线性开敞空间,对维护城市生态环境、保持生物多样性和调节小气候具有重要作用。我国迟至十多年前才引进此理念,虽发展迅速,但仍面临城市化进程迅猛、自然生态问题严峻、土地财政资源紧张及文化多样性流失等诸多本土化问题。本文鉴于此并充分参考国际经验,从理论基础、规划方法、评估指标、结构布局、政策支撑等多个方面探讨了中国城市绿色走廊建设的本土化策略,以期能为探索和形成适合我国国情的城市绿色走廊建设理念和体系提供更为深入的启示和参照。

As an important element of landscape structure in urban landscape planning,greenway is a linear open space which connects mankind and nature.It plays an important role in protecting urban ecological environment,conserving biodiversity,and regulating microclimate.China introduced this concept as late as more than ten years ago.Although it has developed rapidly,it still faces many localization issues such as rapid urbanization,severe natural and ecological problems,shortage of land and financial resources,and loss of cultural diversity.In view of this and with reference to international experience,this paper discusses the localization strategy of urban green corridor construction in China from various aspects including theoretical basis,planning method,evaluation index,structural layout,policy support,etc.It does so with an eye to provide a more in-depth insight and a better reference for the exploration and formation of the concept and system of urban greenway construction that is suitable to China’s national conditions.
