摘要
BIM一体化模型是目前BIM工程应用的重要技术类型之一,这种模型的搭建与管理对技术的体系化程度要求较高,当前的BIM项目管控方法,无论是建模还是模型使用,尚缺乏稳定明晰的工作框架和步骤约定,导致项目实践效果难以控制。本研究依据工程项目底层操作逻辑和BIM技术特点,提出围绕"BIM应用要目"和"BIM应用技术原型"两个操作基本面,开展设计阶段BIM一体化模型构建与管理的控制方法,并通过项目实践进行有效性验证。
BIM integrated model is one of the important technology types in BIM engineering application.The construction and management of this model requires a high degree of technical systematization.The current BIM project management and control methods,whether modeling or model use,lack a stable and clear working framework and step agreement,which makes it difficult to control the practical effect of the project.Based on the underlying operation logic and BIM technical characteristics of the project,this paper proposes a control method for the construction and management of BIM integrated model in the design process of the project around the“BIM application objectives”and“BIM application technology prototype”,and verifies its effectiveness through project practice.
