摘要
城奥大厦作为本土原创的复杂性建筑从设计到建造都极具挑战,因此,项目之初制定了以建筑设计方为主导的全生命期BIM应用策划并最终实现。项目从设计、深化、施工、运维的完整流程实现了BIM的高效传递和应用。同时,各参建方从业主、设计院到各施工方也通力合作,基于执行标准通过BIM手段实现了高完成度的全生命期建筑。其中,设计方通过建筑中心模型的BIM思想从多维度为高品质建筑实现提供了坚实基础和有力控制,并将数字孪生作为目标延展了数字建筑探索。
As a local and original complex building,the Cheng’ao plaza is extremely challenging from the design to construction.Therefore,from the beginning,a life-cycle BIM application plan oriented by the architectural designer was formulated and finally realized.The complete process of the project from design,deepening,construction,operation and maintenance has realized the efficient delivery and application of BIM.At the same time,all the parties participating in the construction including the owners,design institutes,and construction parties also worked together to achieve a high degree of completion of the whole life cycle building through BIM based on the implementation standards.Among them,the designer provides a solid foundation and powerful control for the realization of high-quality buildings from multiple dimensions through BIM idea of the building center model,and extends the exploration on digital architecture by taking the digital twin as the goal.
