摘要
针对电缆试验平台验证电缆接头温度在线监测系统具有较大局限性的问题,采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立某地区的电缆中间接头模型,并对其温度场进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,实际运行中的电缆温度最高处达到48℃;接触电阻提高时,电缆接头的最大温升为13℃;提升电缆接头的接触电阻,会使电缆温度大幅提升,并接近安全运行的温度极限。
In view of the limitation of the on-line monitoring system of cable joint temperature validated by the cable test platform,the model of cable joint in a certain area is established by using ANSYS finite element simulation software,,and the temperature field is simulated.The simulation results show that the highest temperature of the cable in operation reaches 48℃.When contact resistance is increased,the maximum temperature rise of cable connector is 13℃.Increasing the contact resistance of the cable connector will greatly increase the temperature of the cable and approach the temperature limit for safe operation.
