摘要
对某110 kV输电线路断裂的铜铝过渡设备线夹进行了分析。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对铜铝过渡设备线夹的开裂位置进行宏观和微观形貌及成分检测,借助X射线对铜铝过渡设备线夹焊接面进行了检测。结果表明线夹元素成分正常,断裂的主要原因是焊接缺陷,因此焊接过程中要严格控制焊接工艺,保证焊接质量,对进入电网的铜铝过渡线夹进行严格检验。
The broken copper-aluminum transition equipment clamp of a 110 kV transmission line is analyzed.The optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to detect the macroscopic and microscopic morphology and composition of the cracking position of the copper-aluminum transition equipment clamp,and the welding surface of the copper-aluminum transition equipment clamp was detected by X-ray.The results show that the element composition of clamp is normal,and the main reason for fracture is welding defect.Therefore,in the welding process,the welding process should be strictly controlled to ensure the welding quality,and the copper aluminum transition clamp entering the power grid should be.
