一种便携式接地引下线工厂化施工工具设计

摘要 针对接地引下线现场施工过程中调整引下线难度大、规范性差等问题,设计了一种便携式接地引下线工厂化施工工具。该工具设计了动力方案、新型钳头和系列化模具,实现扁铁或圆钢引下线快速弯折、打孔、剪切。对设计原理进行分析,通过试制工具样品进行测试可知,弯折、打孔、剪切的单次作业时间均小于30 s,工具适应性强,能准确定位作业点,标准化程度高,符合规程要求,操作过程安全便捷,可有效降低作业劳动强度。 Aiming at the difficulties of adjusting down conductors and poor standardization during the on-site construction of grounding down conductors,a portable factory construction tool for grounding down lead is designed.The tool is designed with a power plan,a new type of clamp head and a series of molds to realize the rapid bending,punching and cutting of flat iron or round steel.The design principle is analyzed.Through the test of prototype tool samples,it can be seen that the single operation time of bending,punching and shearing is less than 30 s.The tool has strong adaptability,can accurately locate the operation point,has high degree of standardization,meets the requirements of regulations,and the operation process is safe and convenient,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity.
