摘要
根据某变电站LW30型断路器拒分故障,通过分析故障现象和该弹簧操作机构结构特点,得到断路器拒动原因为合闸保持挚子与大拐臂配合轴销有轻微磨损,导致断路器操作机构在分闸过程中大拐臂无法与合闸保持挚子脱离,机构无法分闸。结合此次故障排查分析,给出同类故障的处理思路和维护建议。
The LW30 circuit breaker in a substation failed to disconnect.By studying and analyzing the fault phenomenon and the structural characteristics of the spring operating mechanism,the reason of the circuit breaker refusing to disconnect is obtained.There is a slight abrasion on the matching shaft pin between the closing holding stopper and the large crank arm,which caused the large crank arm of the circuit breaker operating mechanism to fail to separate from the closing holding stopper during the opening process,and the mechanism cannot be disconnected.Combined with the troubleshooting and analysis of this time,the processing ideas and maintenance suggestions for similar faults are given.
