基于遍历树的配网调度指令票安全校核方法

Security Check Method of Dispatching Instruction Ticket of Distribution Network Based on Traversal Tree

调度员依据配网计划检修申请单在配电环网图上点图模拟开关,检查安全措施是否满足工作内容并生成调度指令票的方式目前完全依赖人工审核把关,易造成误审并生成错误调度指令票。为此提出一种基于遍历树的拓扑算法并将人工审核逻辑设定为判定边界,该算法可自动进行安全校核,以提高审核的安全性和工作效率。

The dispatcher clicks the simulation switch on the distribution ring network diagram according to the distribution network plan maintenance application form,checks whether the safety measures meet the work content and generates the dispatching instruction ticket.Currently,the method completely relies on manual review and check,which is easy to cause mistrials and generate wrong dispatch order tickets.To this end,a topology algorithm based on traversing a tree is proposed and the manual audit logic is set as the decision boundary.The algorithm can automatically perform security checks to improve the security and work efficiency of the audit.
