某核电厂柴油机励磁系统及典型故障案例探析

摘要 应急柴油发电机作为核电厂的后备电源,在全厂失去正常、应急电源的情况下能确保核反应堆安全停堆。而励磁系统是柴油发电机的重要配套装置,直接影响着自动调节功能的发挥,良好的励磁系统对应急电源的安全稳定运行有着重要意义。介绍了某核电厂附加柴油发电机励磁系统,通过对一起运行期间出现的启动误跳机故障进行分析,旨在对核电厂应急柴油机运维、设计等方面起到经验反馈。 As backup power sources of nuclear power plants,emergency diesel generator can ensure safe shutdown of nuclear reactor under loss of normal and emergency power supply in the whole plant.Excitation system is an important supporting device for diesel generator,which directly affects the function of automatic regulation.Good excitation system is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of emergency power supply.The excitation system of the additional diesel generator in a nuclear plant is introduced.Through the analysis of the start-up false trips that occurred during the operation,the aim is to provide experience feedback on the operation and maintenance and design of emergency diesel engines in nuclear power plants.
