摘要
新课标背景下,特殊教育课程教学改革备受关注。特殊教育学校校长作为特殊教育课程改革承上启下的主体,对于特殊教育课程改革起着至关重要的作用。通过调查特殊教育学校校长课程领导力的现状和问题,分析特殊教育学校校长课程领导力的影响因素,提出提升特殊教育学校校长课程领导力需要校长重视课程建设、深入课堂教学、构建学习型组织、提供专业引领。
Under the background of new curriculum standards,special education curriculum teaching reform has been promoted to an unprecedented degree of concern.As the main body of the special education curriculum reform,the principal of the special education school plays a vital role in the reform of the special education curriculum.This study investigates the current situation and problems of the curriculum leadership of principals in special education schools,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to improve the curriculum leadership of principals in special education schools.
