摘要
通过OM、SEM、TEM研究了不同Sc含量对ZL101合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Sc含量为0.3%时能显著细化α-Al晶粒,改善共晶Si形貌,此时合金的硬度(HRC)、抗拉强度、伸长率均达到最大值,分别为29、197.95 MPa、11.06%。在ZL101合金中添加Sc后,合金会生成Al3Sc相,形成异质核心,显著细化晶粒尺寸。
The effects of different Sc contents on microstructure and mechanical properties of Zl101 alloy were investigated by OM, SEM and TEM. The results reveal that when the Sc content is 0.3%, the grain size of α-Al can be refined and the morphology of eutectic silicon can be improved. Meanwhile, the Rockwell hardness(HRC), tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach maximum values of 29, 197.95 MPa and 11.06%. After adding Sc in ZL101 alloy, Al3Sc phase can be generated to act as heterogeneous nuclei to refine grain size remarkably.
