摘要
针对V2O5含量16.3%、Mo含量2.02%的HDS渣开展综合回收利用钒、钼的研究。结果表明,优选试验条件为:350℃脱油1h,HDS渣粒度-212μm百分含量≥96%,750℃脱碳脱硫2h,碳酸钠添加量与钒钼含量的摩尔比为1.2,800℃焙烧2h,浸出液固比2∶1,浸出温度40℃,浸出时间30min。钒浸出率为94.76%,钼浸出率为96.93%。结果可为含钒废催化剂的综合回收利用提供参考。
Comprehensive recycling of V and Mo from HDS slag,which contains V2O516.3%,Mo2.02%,was studied.The results show that leaching rate of V and Mo is 94.76%and 96.93%respectively under the optimum conditions including deoiling at 350℃for one hour,particle size of waste catalyst of-212μm of≥96%,decarburization and desulfurization at 750℃for two hours;molar ratio of sodium carbonate to vanadium and molybdenum content of 1.2,calcination at 800℃for 2 h,L/S of 2∶1,leaching temperature of 40℃,and leaching time of 30 min.It can provide reference for comprehensive recovery and utilization of vanadium-containing waste catalyst.
