5月18日,深圳赛格大厦突发晃动引发关注。随后几天,多家专业机构对大厦的振动、倾斜、沉降等情况进行实时监测,均未显示异常。目前,楼内人员已全部撤离,晃动原因仍在进一步核查。

On May 18,Shenzhen Saige Tower suddenly shaking caused concern.Preliminary investigation results show that the shaking of the building was caused by wind load,and it was vibrating up and down.Therefore,some experts have suggested installing dampers to reduce the amplitude.So,what is the damper?What does it do?
