摘要 智慧城市中枢系统是城市的新一代数字基础设施,也是城市治理现代化和服务的智能中枢。随着信息技术的发展,智慧城市中枢系统趋于成熟智能,成为打通数据壁垒、丰富应用场景的重要支撑,为数据资源治理、能力汇聚开放、联动调度智慧、科学决策支撑起到关键作用。未来,健全智慧城市中枢系统建设需强化统筹协调机制、科学制定顶层设计、激活多元主体活力、完善配套支持政策,从而有效推进智慧城市中枢系统建设实施,保障智慧城市可持续发展。 The central system for smart cities is a new generation of digital infrastructure of cities, and also an intelligent center for modernizing and serving urban governance. With the development of information technology, the central system for smart cities tends to be mature and intelligent. It will become an important support for breaking through data barriers and enriching application scenarios, and play a key role in data resource governance, capacity concentration and opening, linkage scheduling wisdom, and scientific decision support. In the future, to improve the building of the central system for smart cities, this article suggests strengthening the overall coordination mechanism, scientifically formulating the top-level design, increasing the vitality of multiple participants, and optimizing the supporting policies, so as to effectively promote the building and implementation of the central system for smart cities and ensure the sustainable development of smart cities.
