细胞凋亡及其对羊细胞影响研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 凋亡一般指机体细胞在生长发育过程中或在一定条件下,通过细胞内外因素调控下而发生的一种程序性细胞死亡。一般表现为单个细胞的死亡,且不伴有炎症反应。细胞凋亡与细胞增殖的动态平衡对维持多种细胞的正常功能存在着重要作用。机体通过细胞凋亡可清除多余、死亡、有害的细胞,保证机体的正常生长发育和生理功能,进而保证机体的健康。本研究简介了细胞凋亡的变化过程、生物学意义以及途径与过程,并从细胞凋亡对羊(Caprinae)繁殖类细胞、乳腺细胞、羊毛囊、瘤胃上皮细胞、免疫细胞以及肝脏和肾功能的影响等方面进行综述,为进一步系统深入研究细胞凋亡影响反刍动物生长发育及生理功能的分子机理,更深入从细胞层面理解反刍动物营养的调控机制提供科学依据。 Apoptosis generally refers to a kind of programmed cell death that occurs during the growth and development of organism cells or under certain conditions through the regulation of internal and external factors.Typically, the death of a single cell, without inflammatory response. The dynamic balance between apoptosis and cell proliferation plays an important role in maintaining the normal function of many kinds of cells. The body can eliminate excess, dead, harmful cells through cell apoptosis to ensure the normal growth and development of the body and physiological functions, and thus ensures the health of the body. This review briefly introduces the changes pro-c ess of cell apoptosis, biological significance, as well as the way and process of cell apoptosis, and makes an overview of the influence of cell apoptosis on sheep(Caprinae) breeding cells, breast cells, sheep wool bursa, rumen epithelial cells, immune cells and the function of the liver and kidney. It provides a scientific basis for the further research on the influence molecular mechanism of cell apoptosis on the growth and development, and physiological function in ruminants, and gets a better understanding of the regulation mechanism of ruminant nutrition at the cellular level.
