摘要
本文结合汽车用双相钢带性能特点,分析了双相钢在连续退火窄搭接焊接时产生飞溅及焊缝熔合不牢的原因。试验表明,通过调整焊接电流、焊接速度等参数,可以获得高质量焊缝。
According to the characteristic of dual-phase steel strip used in automobile,the causes of the welding spatter and weld fusion of dual-phase steel during continuous narrowing lap welding are analyzed in this paper.The test shows that the high quality weld can be obtained by adjusting the welding current,welding speed and other parameters.
