摘要
采用万能试验机、硬度计、电导率仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析仪等研究了不同均匀化温度和强淬火冷却方式对6005A铝合金型材组织和性能的影响。结果表明随着均匀化温度的升高,铸锭的电导率和硬度下降,铸锭中的弥散相析出、聚集长大,对位错的滑移和再结晶长大的抑制作用降低,导致型材的力学性能和弯曲性能下降。
The effects of homogenization temperatures and strong quenching cooling methods on the microstructure and properties of 6005 A aluminum alloy were studied by universal testing machine,hardness tester,conductivity meter,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that with the increase of homogenization temperature,the conductivity and hardness of ingot decreased,the dispersion phase in precipitated,aggregated and grew up in the ingot,the inhibition of dislocation slip and recrystallization growth was decreased,which lead to the decrease of mechanical propertiy and bending property of 6005 A aluminum alloy.
