中国共产党百年对外交往对马克思主义党际关系理论的创新贡献

The CPC’s Innovative Contributions to Marxist Theory of Inter-Party Relations in its 100 Years of Foreign Exchanges

国际主义、独立自主、完全平等是马克思主义党际关系理论的基本原则,也是中国共产党对外交往的首要原则和理论基石。中国共产党历代领导集体注重总结国际共产主义运动经验教训,结合党的对外交往实际,不断完善和发展了马克思主义党际关系理论,相继提出了"独立自主、完全平等、互相尊重、互不干涉内部事务"新型党际关系四项原则、超越意识形态差异发展同各国政党交流合作关系、建立新型政党关系、推动构建人类命运共同体等思想,继承和发展了马克思主义党际关系原则,形成了具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的党际交往理论,为中国共产党百年对外交往奠定了思想基础,指明了前进方向。

Internationalism,independence and complete equality are the basic principles of Marxist theory of inter-party relations,and they are also the primary principles and theoretical cornerstones of the CPC’s foreign exhanges.Having attached great significance to summing up the lessons learned from the international communist movement and taking into account the practical experience of the Party’s foreign exhanges,generations of the CPC leaders,through constant improvement and development of the Marxist theory of inter-party relations,successively put forward four principles of "independence,complete equality,mutual respect and non-interference in each other’s internal affairs" for new inter-party relations,the development of exchanges and cooperation with political parties in various countries beyond ideological differences,the establishment of new political party relations,and the promotion of the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.These ideas inherited and developed the Marxist principles of interparty relations and formed a theory of inter-party relations with Chinese characteristics,Chinese form and Chinese style.They laid the ideological foundation and highlight the way forward for the CPC’s foreign exhanges in the last one hundred years.
