炼胶工艺不同对胎面胶耐磨性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对比分析了胎面胶料的各项性能,研究了SSM低温一步法对胶料的炭黑分散度、流动性、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、疲劳和磨损磨耗等特性的影响。结果表明,SSM低温一步法较传统工艺有较大提升,降低了成品轮胎外观缺陷与轮胎磨损,相比传统法提升量约为51%。 The properties of tread compounds were compared and analyzed. The effects of SSM low temperature one-step process on carbon black dispersion, fluidity, tensile strength, elongation at break, fatigue and wear were studied. The results showed that SSM low-temperature one-step process has a greater improvement than the traditional process. It could reduce the appearance defects and tire wear of finished tire, and the improvement is more than 51% compared with the traditional process.
