摘要
为实现YOF纳米颗粒在体内外的高性能荧光发射及造影,采用共沉淀法设计制备了YOF∶Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)纳米颗粒,并对其相结构、显微形貌、上转换荧光性质以及体内外荧光成像效果进行了测试。结果表明,该纳米颗粒的尺寸约为50 nm,且形貌介于六边形与圆形之间;在980 nm激光激发下可发射黄绿光,其上转换荧光光谱红绿比为3.287;在体内外可分别实现良好的上转换荧光发射及梯度荧光成像效果。
In order to achieve in vivo and vitro fluorescence emission and imaging of YOF nanoparticles with high-performance,co-precipitation method was employed to design and fabricate YOF∶Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)nanoparticles.The phase structure,microstructure,upconversion fluorescence properties and in vivo and vitro fluorescence imaging performance were measured respectively.The results show that the size of the nanoparticles is about 50 nm,and the morphology is between hexagonal and circular;yellow-green light is emitted under 980 nm laser excitation,and the red/green ratio of its upconversion fluorescence spectrum is 3.287;optimal upconversion fluorescence emission and in vivo and vitro gradient fluorescence imaging performance were achieved.
