CuInS_(2)光催化材料制备及光催化还原溶液中U(Ⅵ)的性能 被引量:1

摘要 利用一步溶剂热法制备了CuInS_(2)可见光光催化剂,运用XRD、SEM、BET等对材料晶体物相结构、表面微观形貌、比表面积进行了表征分析。探究了前驱液Cu/In摩尔比、温度、时间和捕获剂种类对CuInS_(2)在可见光下光催化还原溶液中U(Ⅵ)的性能。结果表明,当Cu∶In=1∶1,样品制备温度为200℃,制备时间为12 h的条件下,所制备的CuInS_(2)材料光催化还原U(Ⅵ)活性最佳,对溶液中U(Ⅵ)的去除率为87.8%,去除量为12.1 mg/g,光催化还原过程的主要活性物质是O_(2)和e。 Visible light photocatalyst CuInS_(2) material was prepared via one-step solvothermal method.The crystal structure,surface morphology and specific surface area of the materials were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,BET respectively.The effects of Cu/In molar ratio,temperature,time and trapping agent types of precursor liquid were explored on the performance of CuInS_(2) photocatalytic reduction of U(Ⅵ)in solution under visible light.The results showed that when Cu∶In=1∶1,the sample preparation temperature is 200℃,and the preparation time is 12 h,the prepared CuInS_(2) material has the best photocatalytic reduction activity for U(Ⅵ),the removal rate of U(Ⅵ)in the solution is 87.8%,and the removal amount is 12.1 mg/g.The main active substances in the photocatalytic reduction process are O_(2)and e.
