摘要
现代企业管理理念的发展,使得企业从过去的刚性化管理演变成现在的人性化管理,企业管理人员作为企业经营目标的执行者和实现者,是企业生存与发展的重要支柱。现实企业的内外部营商环境,迫切需要企业建立起高情商的管理团队。该文分析和研究现代企业管理人员情商的概念以及构成因素,以“情商自测量表”作为调研工具,运用深度访谈法、问卷法和层次分析法建立了现代企业管理人员情商评价指标体系,并对如何提高现代企业管理人员情商水平提出可行性建议。
With the development of modern enterprise management concept,the enterprise has evolved from the past rigid management to the present humanized management.As the executors and implementers of enterprise management objectives,enterprise managers are the important pillars of enterprise survival and development.Based on the reality of the enterprise’s internal and external business environment,it is urgent for enterprises to establish a high EQ management team.This paper analyzes and studies the concept and constituent factors of enterprise managers’EQ.It also establishes an evaluation index system of enterprise managers’EQ by in-depth interviewing,questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,using“EQ self-test”form as a research tool,and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to improve enterprise managers’EQ.
