快速康复外科对腰椎间盘突出患者应用效果的Meta分析

Meta analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的通过Meta分析明确腰椎间盘突出患者应用快速康复外科(ERAS)的疗效。方法通过检索自建库至2021年3月,CNKI、万方、VIP、CBM、中国临床试验注册中心、Pubmed、Web of science、Embase、Cochrane图书馆,根据纳入与排除标准通过EndnoteX9文献管理软件进行筛选文献,使用Revman 5.4软件分析数据。结果Meta分析结果表明两组在术后并发症发生率、患者满意度、首次进食时间、住院天数、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、下床活动时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ERAS能降低腰椎间盘突出患者手术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,缩短禁食时间,减少住院天数,减轻患者疼痛,缩短出院时间,在临床实践中值得推广。

Objective To determine the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)on patients with lumbar disc herniation by meta analysis.Methods From the database to March 2021,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,China clinical trial registry,PubMed,web of science,EMBASE and Cochrane libraries were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literatures were screened by EndnoteX9,and the data were analyzed by Revman 5.4.Results Meta analysis results showed that the incidence of postoperative complications,patient satisfaction,first eating time,length of hospital stay,visual analogue scale(VAS)and ambulation time of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion ERAS can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve patient satisfaction,shorten fasting time,reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce pain,shorten discharge time,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
