DWI-FLAIR失匹配预测急性缺血性脑卒中发作时间的应用价值

The Application Value of DWI-FLAIR Mismatch in Predicting the Onset Time of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的对DWI-FLAIR失匹配预测急性缺血性脑卒中发作时间的应用进行全面分析。方法本研究选取2017年7月至2021年1月期间实施急性缺血性脑卒中治疗的97例患者进行分析,依据发病时间将患者分成A、B、C三个组别,其中发作时间低于3h为A组,42例;发作时间在3~4.5h为B组,35例;发作时间高于4.5h为C组,20例。对比三组患者的DWI-FLAIR匹配情况。结果A组DWI-FLAIR失匹配程度最高,C组DWI-FLAIR失匹配情况最低,三组数据对比均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论随着患者发病时间的延长,其DWI-FLAIR失匹配率越来越低,因此患者的DWI-FLAIR失匹配率越高代表急性缺血性脑卒中患者的发病时间越短,依据患者的DWI-FLAIR失匹配率可以对发病时间未知患者的具体发病时间进行推测,对指导临床治疗有重要意义。

Objective To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the application of DWI-FLAIR mismatch in predicting the onset time of acute ischemic stroke.Methods This study selected 97 patients who underwent treatment for acute ischemic stroke from July 2017 to January 2021 for analysis.The patients were divided into three Groups:A,B,and C,according to the time of onset of the patients.While the onset time is less than 3 hour is group A,42 cases;the onset time is between 3 hour and 4.5 hour is group B,35 cases;and the onset time is higher than 4.5 hour is group C Group,20 cases.Compare the DWI-FLAIR match of the three groups of patients.Results The mismatching degree of DWI-FLAIR in group A was the highest,and the mismatching degree of DWI-FLAIR in group C was the lowest.The comparison of the three groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the prolongation of the onset time of patients,the mismatch rate of DWI and FLAIR is getting lower and lower.Therefore,the higher the DWI-FLAIR mismatch rate of patients,the shorter the onset time of acute ischemic stroke patients.Therefore,according to the patient's DWI-FLAIR mismatch rate can be inferred from the specific onset time of patients who unknown onset time,which has great guiding significance for clinical treatment.
