摘要
目的探讨智慧护理在老年慢性病延续护理中的应用效果。方法依托熙心养护微信小程序智慧护理平台,对老年慢性病患者开展延续护理服务工作。结果开展智慧护理的延续性护理服务工作一年以来,共完成服务250次,其中伤口造口护理13次,静脉采血25次,PICC管道维护27次,更换导尿管98次,更换胃管87次,患者满意度为100%,无患者投诉和不良事件出现,亦未发生护士危险事件。结论在老年慢性病的延续护理服务工作中应用智慧护理,创新了护理模式,减轻了照护压力,缓解了就医困难,一定程度上满足了老年慢性病患者居家护理的新需求,亦推动了护士多点执业发展。
Objective To explore the effects of intelligent nursing in continuous nursing of the elderly with chronic diseases.Methods Carrying out continuous nursing service in elderly patients with chronic diseases that relying on the intelligent nursing platform of Xixin YangHu.Results In the past year,We have been completed 250 services,including 13 times of the wound care clinic,25 times of venous blood sampling,27 times of PICC pipeline maintenance,98 times of catheter replacement and 87 times of gastric tube replacement.The patients,satisfaction rate was 100%.No patients complaints,there were also no nurse risk events.Conclusion The continuous nursing service of intelligent nursing in elderly patients with chronic diseases innovates the nursing model,reduces the pressure of nursing care,alleviates the difficulty of medical treatment,meets the new needs of home nursing for elderly patients with chronic diseases to a certain extent,and also promotes the development of multi-practice of nurses.
