摘要
为了更好地满足时代发展的需要,越来越多的新型建筑材料在现代建筑工程中应用,同时对造价管理也带来了新的要求。本文从新型建筑材料的特点入手,对工程造价管理的影响进行了梳理,并提出了几点对策。
In order to better meet the needs of the times,more and more new building materials are applied in modern building engineering,which also brings new requirement for the cost management.Therefore,this article starts with the characteristics of new building materials,sorts out the influence on engineering cost management,and puts forward some countermeasures.
