广州市居住区配套设施类型及标准变迁

居住区配套服务设施是支撑城市居民日常生活的重要载体,是衡量城市便捷度、宜居度的重要指标。本文通过对广州市居住区配套服务设施建设标准变化的分析,将其与现行国家标准比较,指出目前广州市居住区配套服务设施在规划和落地上存在配套标准不合时宜、落地实施监管困难、更新政策要求过高等问题,建议相关部门尽快研究制定新的地方性标准文件。

Supporting service facility in residential areas is an important carrier to support the daily life of urban residents,which is an significant index to measure the city's convenience and livability.This paper analyzes the changes of the construction standards of supporting service facility in residential areas of Guangzhou,and compares it with the current national standard.Then it is points out that there are some problems in the planning and implementation of supporting service facilities in residential areas of Guangzhou,such as inappropriate supporting standards,difficult implementation of supervision and high requirements of renewal policies.The paper suggests that the relevant departments should study and formulate new local standard documents as soon as possible.
