摘要
基于同济大学材料学院对无机系大四本科生专业实验课程的培养要求,设计了一组玻璃材料制备、加工、性能测试的综合实验。通过对玻璃配合料进行配制、熔制和加工,掌握玻璃材料制备工艺,然后对熔制品进行化学和热学稳定性分析,掌握玻璃基本性能的测试方法。本实验用制备和表征海蓝色玻璃为例,学习玻璃的生产工艺过程和相关工艺流程,完成从玻璃组成设计、原料选择、配方计算和玻璃配合料制备、玻璃熔制、玻璃退火到理化性能测试的全过程。通过本实验教学,不仅使学生的实验技能得到基本训练和提高,让其掌握科学实验的主要过程与基本方法,培养学生运用所学知识进行自主设计实验方案和实验过程、独立分析实验结果的能力,还使学生的动手能力得到提高,所学理论知识也得到进一步升华,并提高了学生的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
In response to the requirements of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Tongji University for the cultivation of the professional experiment course for the senior undergraduates of the Department of Inorganic Materials,a group of comprehensive experiments on the preparation,processing and performance test of glass materials are designed.Through the preparation,melting and processing of glass batch,the preparation technology of glass materials is mastered,the properties of chemical and thermal stability of the melting products are analyzed,and the testing method of the basic performance of glasses are obtained.This experiment,taking sea blue glass as an example,is conducted to learn the relevant technological processes and procedures of manufacturing glasses,and practice the entire process from glass composition design,raw material selection,formula calculation,glass batch preparation,glass melting,annealing glass to the testing of the physical and chemical properties.Through the experiment teaching,students can not only get basic training and improvement in the experimental skills,master the main process and basic methods of scientific experiments,but also sublimate their theoretical knowledge to improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems.
