摘要
运用旅游学、扎根理论、文化传播学、情绪评价理论等理论与方法,借助网络爬虫工具八爪鱼采集器获取蚂蜂窝游记样本,使用ROST CM6内容挖掘软件对数据样本进行质性分析。通过研究总结旅游体验活动中文化传播的过程,基于“5W模式”构建“旅游情境—传统文化—文化符号—旅游者—文化影响”的五步传播流程,验证旅游体验活动中文化对旅游者文化自信影响过程的内部机理。研究发现,旅游活动对旅游者文化自信的影响是一种动态型的行为过程与思维建构过程,对此类过程的表现形式进行阐述与解释。
Applying tourism theory,grounded theory,cultural communication theory and emotional evaluation theory to the study,in virtue of Bazhuayu Collector to obtain travel record on Mafengwo website as data samples,then using the ROST CM6 software to do qualitative analysis.This study concluded the process of cultural transmission that reflected in tourism activities,built a five-path propagation process“tourist situation-traditional culture-cultural symbol-tourist-cultural influence”based on“5W Model”,which means traditional culture that contained in tourist situation via cultural symbol to propagate cultural influence toward tourists,therefore,this process verifies the internal mechanism of how culture influencing tourists’cultural confidence in tourism experience.This study also found that the influence of what caught to tourists’cultural confidence during tourism activities are identified to a dynamic behavioral process and ideology constructing process,in addition,made expressions and explanations according to the manifest patterns of those process.
