高职师范教育培训化倾向原因探析及对策研究

摘要 在教师资格证国考背景下,很多高职高专师范专业为了追求教师资格证通过率,加上很多师范专业跟其他理工科专业混同管理等种种原因,导致高职高专师范专业教育教学课程设置应试化,教学内容碎片化,教育培养过程培训化。因此,我们要加强防范纠偏:一是要进一步完善教师资格证考试;二是要加强师范专业认证;三是要完善评价机制,加强后期质量跟踪;四是要落实“放管服”,实行高职师范专业与其他高职专业差异化管理;五是要想方设法提升高职师范生的生源素质。 Under the background of the national examination of teacher qualification certificate,many higher vocational normal majors pursue the passing rate of teacher qualification certificate,and many normal majors are confused with other science and engineering majors,which leads to the exam oriented teaching curriculum,fragmented teaching content and training process.It leads to examination-oriented curriculum,fragmented teaching content,and training-oriented education and training process.Therefore,we should strengthen the prevention and correction of deviation,the first is to strengthen professional certification;the second is to improve the evaluation mechanism,strengthen the quality of follow-up;the third is to further improve the teacher certification examination;the fourth,it is necessary to implement the“decentralized management and service”,the differentiated management between higher vocational normal major and other higher vocational majors;the fifth,we should try every means to improve the quality of higher vocational normal students.
