新时代大学生党员政治标准及其考评探析

Exploration on the Political Standards and Evaluation of Party Members of College Students in the New Era

大学生是中国共产党新鲜血液的重要来源,发展大学生党员对于党永葆青春活力具有重要意义。党的十九大对《中国共产党章程》新增“发展党员必须把政治标准放在首位”的内容,把政治标准真正放在大学生党员发展首位,内涵明确,考评科学,意义重大,值得研究。政治标准居于首位是马克思主义政党政治性的鲜明体现,是高校全面从严治党的内在要求,是纠正当前大学生党员发展中存在问题的有效抓手。针对当前大学生党员政治标准考评受到忽视、不易操作和难以全面的难点,可以通过建立四维结构、正反双向互补、把握“三个结合”建立评价体系;通过坚持自我评价与群众评议相结合、日常行为与关键表现相结合、学习成绩与实践锻炼相结合等科学方法进行精准考评。

College students are an important source of fresh blood of the Communist Party of China.The development of college student party members is of great significance for the party to maintain its youth and vitality.The Party Constitution of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China added the content“Political standards must be put first in recruiting party members”.Put political standards in the first place in the development of college student party members,clear connotation and scientific evaluation,and it is of great significance and worth exploring Political standards include key qualities such as political beliefs,political responsibilities,political capabilities,and political discipline.The characteristics of political standards,such as politics,principle,epochal,group,concealment,complexity,and explicitness,determine the necessity,difficulty and methods of evaluation.The evaluation content system can be based on its connotation,from four dimensions,positive and negative two-way complementary,self-evaluation is combined with public comment,daily behavior is combined with key performance,academic performance is combined with practical exercise,using scientific methods for accurate evaluation.
