摘要
辅导员队伍是高校开展大学生劳动教育工作的重要组成力量。但在实际参与过程中,辅导员却面临着角色定位偏差导致缺乏劳育工作主动性、角色运转超负荷导致劳育实效不明显、角色扮演吃力导致劳育底气不足等现实困境,其应有的劳育角色作用得不到发挥。针对这些棘手难题,可以从匡正角色定位、释放角色活力、注重角色强化等方面入手进行解决,以使辅导员能够高效地参与到劳动教育中去,对我国劳动教育事业的发展有所增益。
Counselors are an important component of labor education in universities.However,in the actual participation process,the counselors are faced with real dilemmas such as the lack of initiative in labor education due to the deviation of role positioning,the unobvious effectiveness of labor education due to the overload of role operation,and the lack of confidence in labor education due to the difficult role playing.Facing these tricky problems,we can try to solve the issues in terms of correcting role positioning,releasing role vitality,and focusing on role enhancement,so as to help counselors participate in labor education more efficiently,and benefit the development of labor education in our country.
