摘要
为考察亲子、师生、同学关系对学习投入的影响机制,采用问卷法对6719名高职生进行了调查。结果发现:(1)亲子关系、师生关系、同学关系、学习投入两两呈显著正相关;(2)亲子关系既直接影响学习投入,又通过师生关系和同学关系的中介作用间接影响学习投入,具体包括3条中介路径,即师生关系的中介路径、同学关系的中介路径、师生关系和同学关系的链式中介路径。建议从提升高职生的亲子关系出发,帮助高职生改善师生关系和同学关系,进而提高其学习投入水平。
In order to investigate the influence mechanism of parent-child,teacher-student and classmate relationship on learning engagement,6719 vocational college students were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that:①parent-child relationship,teacher-student relationship,classmate relationship and learning engagement are significantly positively correlated;②Parent-child relationship not only directly affects learning engagement,but also indirectly affects learning engagement through the mediating effect of teacher-student relationship and classmate relationship,specifically,it includes three mediating paths,namely,the mediating path of teacher-student relationship,the mediating path of classmate relationship,and the chain mediating path of teacher-student relationship and classmate relationship.It is suggested to improve the parent-child relationship of higher vocational students,help them improve the relationship between teachers and students and classmates,and then improve their learning engagement level.
