摘要
随着互联网的快速发展及信息技术的普及,传统教学与网络化教学相融合的混合式教学模式成为当前高等教育改革的必然发展趋势。笔者探讨了基于“职教云”平台的线上线下混合式教学模式在“食品化学”课程教学中的应用。实践中,该模式调动了学生的学习热情,培养了学生信息时代的自主学习能力,提高了教学效果,提升了教学质量。
With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularization of information technology,the hybrid teaching mode which integrates traditional teaching and networked teaching has become the inevitable development trend of the current higher education reform.The author introduces the application of online and offline mixed teaching mode based on“vocational education cloud”platform in the course of Food Chemistry teaching.In the practicing,this mode has aroused students’enthusiasm for learning,cultivated students’autonomous learning ability in the information age,improved the teaching effect and improved the teaching quality.
