党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央直面党内存在的现实问题,回应全体人民关切,审时度势地提出了全面从严治党战略部署。全面从严治党依靠人民群众的智慧,目的是维护人民群众的利益,效果由人民群众评价,确保了“党性”和“人民性”高度统一,筑牢了党在群众中的执政根基,丰富了马克思主义政党理论中“人民性”理念的内涵。纵观全面从严治党重大战略部署,“人民性”是贯穿其中的主轴和主线,是连通各部分内容的逻辑经纬。
