The Participation Path of China in Marine Ecological Environment Governance Cooperation in the South China Sea

陆地资源趋于枯竭使各国开始重视海洋资源的开发和利用。南海拥有着丰富的油气资源与生物资源。随着南海周边各国的不断开发与利用,南海海洋生态环境逐渐遭到破坏,海洋生态环境治理成为当前南海急需解决的重大问题。从南海海洋生态环境治理现状出发,分析中国参与南海海洋生态环境区域治理的必要性,从国际和国内两个层面探究中国参与南海海洋生态环境治理合作存在的困境和路径,意在助推南海海洋环境的可持续发展。

With the exhaustion of land resources,many countries begin to pay attention to the development and utilization of marine resources.The South China Sea is rich in oil and gas resources and biological resources.With the continuous development and utilization of the neighboring countries,the marine ecological environment of the South China Sea is gradually destroyed.The marine ecological environment governance has become a major problem to be solved in the South China Sea.Based on the current situation of the marine ecological environment governance in the South China Sea,this paper analyzes the participation necessity of China in the regional marine ecological environment governance cooperation,and explores the difficulties and paths of China's participation in cooperation in marine ecological environment governance in the South China Sea from both the international and domestic levels,with the intention of boosting the marine environment sustainable development.
