应用型地方大学“学术英语”课程教学:问题与对策

摘要 通过对某应用型地方大学184名限选“学术英语”课程的非英语专业本科生的问卷调查发现,学生对该课程认知不足,认为学术英语与职业发展关联不紧密;对课程实践兴趣不高,认为文献阅读和演讲实践挑战性大,由此产生懈怠情绪,导致学习效果不理想。因此,在教学实践中,应在课程设置、教学内容、教材使用、教学模式以及评价体系等方面进行完善,使学生能顺利从基础英语学习向专业学习过渡,真正实现大学外语教学的根本目标。
