新旧动能转换背景下山东省高新技术企业培育和发展对策研究

高新技术企业作为我国引导企业科技创新的重要手段,是加快新旧动能转换、推动经济高质量发展的重要力量。文章通过对山东省高新技术企业培育现状进行介绍,针对全省在推进高新技术企业培育工作过程中面临的高企整体数量相对较少,后备力量不足,融资渠道缺乏,研发投入强度低等问题,结合国内外高企培育发展经验,对山东省高新技术企业培育提出了切实可行的政策建议。

As an important means to guide the scientific and technological innovation of enterprises in China,high-tech enterprise,is an important force for accelerating the replacement of old driving forces and promoting high-quality economic development.This paper introduces the present situation of the cultivation of high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province.In view of the whole province in the process of promoting the cultivation of high-tech enterprises faced with relatively small number of high overall,lack of reserve force,lack of financing channels,low intensity of research and development investment.Combined with domestic advanced provinces high cultivation and development experience.Some feasible policy suggestions are put forward for the development of high-tech enterprises in Shandong Province.
