基于新分销能力消息标准的民航内容聚合平台的设计实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对航空公司关注的提升旅客服务体验与拓展收入来源的问题,提出了建设民航内容聚合平台的方案。基于国际航空运输协会提出的新分销能力(NDC),民航内容聚合平台通过建设资源适配器、内容聚合器和接口网关三部分,将异构的航空公司系统接口转换为NDC消息标准,实现了基于NDC消息标准的消息分发与内容聚合,以及完整的航班及附加服务的查询、销售、退改流程。民航内容聚合平台利用航空公司档案和缓存技术提高处理性能,在性能方面本系统平均延迟小于400 ms。通过民航内容聚合平台建设,能够帮助航空公司掌控销售渠道并提供个性化产品,提升旅客忠诚度,增加销售渠道黏性。 Concerning the problems of improving passenger experience and expanding revenue sources,a construction scheme of content aggregation platform for civil aviation was proposed.Based on New Distribution Capability(NDC)proposed by the International Air Transport Association(IATA),the content aggregation platform for civil aviation was composed of three parts:resource adapter,content aggregator and API(Application Program Interface)gateway.The heterogeneous airline system interface was converted to NDC message standard,in order to realize the message distribution and content aggregation based on NDC message standard,as well as the complete process of flight and ancillary service including shopping,booking,refund and revalidation.Airline profile and cache technology were used to improve platform performance,so that the average processing time of the system is less than 400 milliseconds.The proposed platform can effectively help airlines control sales channels,provide personalized products,enhance passenger loyalty and increase the stickiness of sales channels.
