京津冀协同发展战略下河北省市域(郊)铁路发展建议

Suggestions of Suburban Railway Development for Hebei Provincial under the Strategy of Coordinated Development of the Beijing Tianjin-Hebei Region

随着京津冀协同发展的全面推进,区域交通一体化进入新阶段,重点是建设高效、密集、多层次轨道交通网,打造"轨道上的京津冀"。高速铁路、城际铁路网络逐渐完善,突破传统行政范围,服务中短途通勤、弹性出行的市域(郊)铁路成为未来发展重点方向。以京津冀协同发展国家战略为背景要求,研究市域(郊)铁路功能特征及发展现状,针对河北省发展存在的问题,提出发展原则、思路及建议,以期为河北省市域(郊)铁路建设提供借鉴。

With the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,regional transportation integra⁃tion has entered a new stage.The key point is to build an efficient and dense rail transit network and create the Rail⁃way Natwork of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.With the gradual improvement of high-speed railway and intercity railway network,suburban railway,which serves the characteristics of short and medium distance commuting and flexible travel,breaks the scope of traditional administrative divisions,and become the key direction of development.Based on the national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper studied the functional characteristics and development status of urban(suburban)railway,and put forward the development principles,ideas and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the development of Hebei Province,so as to provide refer⁃ence for the construction of provincial(suburban)railway in Hebei Province.
