复合绝缘子用胶装剂性能优化研究

Study on Performance Optimization of Epoxy Resin Binder for Composite Insulator

对复合绝缘子法兰用胶装剂的配方进行了优化调整,测定了调整后胶装剂配方的凝胶时间、玻璃化转变温度、力学性能和击穿电压等参数,并与在用的胶装剂配方进行了对比,进行了样机破坏负荷试验。结果表明:以甲基纳迪克酸酐为固化剂,新加入LD-410增韧剂,拉伸强度提高了9.2 MPa,弯曲强度提高了22.5 MPa,冲击强度提高了0.9 kJ/m~2,击穿强度提高了3 kV/mm,复合绝缘子样机通过了破坏负荷试验验证,满足使用要求。

The formulation of the glue for the composite insulator flange was optimized and adjusted.The gelation time,glass transition temperature,mechanical properties and breakdown voltage of the binder were determined.The parameters were compared with those of the binder used in the composite insulator,and the failure load test of the prototype was verified.The results show that the tensile strength is increased by 9.2 MPa,bending strength is in⁃creased by 22.5 MPa,impact strength is increased by 0.9 kJ/m^(2),breakdown strength is increased by 3 kV/mm,and the composite insulation sub sample machine has passed the test verification of failure load,which meets the require⁃ments of application.
