圆锥喇叭天线关键制造技术

摘要 圆锥喇叭天线具有工作频段宽、功率容量大、辐射特性好、方向性适中、构造相对简单、制造成本低等特点,其应用比较广泛。通常在雷达和微波辐射当中用作定向天线,在抛物面天线等大型天线结构中用作馈源喇叭,以及在其他天线的测试当中用作校准和测试工具等。它是一种波导管终端渐变张开的圆形或矩形截面的微波天线,一般由一段均匀波导和一段喇叭组成,即一种波导或同轴端口一端的尺寸小,而另一端尺寸大的矩形或圆形波导器件。针对一种圆锥喇叭天线的整个精密成型过程,明确了各阶段加工工艺要点,并针对工艺要点对圆锥喇叭天线的精密制造关键技术要求及其实现方法进行详述,为类似圆锥喇叭天线的精密制造提供了一定的技术参考。 The tapered horn antenna had the characteristics of wide frequency band,large power capacity,good radiation,moderate directivity,relatively simple structure and low manufacture cost and so on,so it was widely used in many fields.It was usually used as a directional antenna in radar and microwave radiation,as a feed horn in large antenna structures such as parabolic antennas,and as a calibration and testing tool in other antenna tests.It was a microwave antenna with circular or rectangular section with gradually opening waveguide terminal,which was generally composed of a uniform waveguide and a horn,or a waveguide or coaxial port was a rectangular or circular waveguide device with a small size at one end and a large size at another end.Aimed at the whole precision forming process of a horn antenna,the main points of processing technology in each stage was defined,the key technical requirements of precision manufacture of tapered horn antenna and its realization method were presented in details.It provided some technical reference for the precision manufacture of the similar antenna.
