摘要
针对企业工艺设计效率不高,三维设计软件效能未能得到充分发挥的问题,制定了基于协同工艺设计平台TCM系统的三维工艺设计规范,对企业产品中结构特征近似的典型零件进行梳理、分类,确定最优工艺路线,并在TCM系统中建立了典型零件三维工艺设计模板供新产品工艺设计时调用,提高了工艺设计效率和工艺标准化水平;对典型工装进行分类编码并建立三维模型,形成工装设计数据库,建立了基于TCM系统的快速工装设计平台,提高了工装设计效率。
Aimed at the problems of low efficiency of enterprise process design and insufficient performance of 3D design software,a 3D process design specification based on a collaborative process design platform TCM system was developed.We sorted and classified optimal process route for the typical parts of the enterprise’s products with similar structural characteristics,and created a typical part 3D process design template in TCM system for new product process design.It was improved that the efficiency of process design and the level of process standardization.The typical tooling was classified and coded,and a 3D model was established to form a tooling design database,which improved efficiency of tooling design.
