摘要
目前,蜂窝夹芯结构已广泛应用到航空领域,伴随而来的是蜂窝夹芯结构的修理问题。以试验研究为主,探究用挖补法修补芳纶纸蜂窝夹芯结构的抗冲击和抗压缩性能。通过把面板尺寸、蜂窝替芯的紧密程度和胶层的类型等相关变量进行相应的排列组合,设置试验方案,探究出了最佳的修补方案。试件修补后,无论抗冲击性能还是抗压缩性能都能够恢复到或者近似恢复到试件完好时的性能;并且正方形面板、紧密的蜂窝芯子和环氧树脂胶层修补的试件抗冲击性能最好;正方形面板、紧密的蜂窝芯子和聚酰胺树脂胶层修补的试件抗压缩性能最好。
At present,honeycomb sandwich structure has been widely used in the aviation field,accompanied by the repair problem of honeycomb sandwich structure.Based on experimental research,it was explored that the impact resistance and compression resistance of aramid paper honeycomb sandwich structure were repaired by patching method.By arranging and combining the panel size,the tightness of honeycomb core and the type of adhesive layer,the test scheme was designed and the best repair scheme was explored.After repairing,both the impact resistance and compression resistance of the specimens could be totally restored to or nearly restored to the performance of the intact specimens,and the impact resistance of the specimens repaired with square panel,compact honeycomb core and epoxy resin adhesive layer was the best.The compression resistance of the specimens repaired with square panel,compact honeycomb core and polyamide resin adhesive layer was the best.
