某型起落架主支柱高压腔漏气故障分析 被引量:7

摘要 某型飞机起落架主支柱周期定检时发现支柱柱塞密封处漏气。为分析故障原因,解决漏气问题,采用质量归零分析方法,从故障定位、机理分析、零组件符合性检查和故障复现可知:主支柱在装配安装过程中,若采用不合理的工艺方法可造成密封圈切伤,随着飞机长时间使用,密封圈密封性能不断降低,引发了主支柱柱塞密封部位漏气。在装配工艺中增加密封圈装配前收缩处理要求,细化密封圈对正安装工序,可有效降低故障发生的频率。分析、解决主支柱高压腔漏气故障的方法,对其他零组件故障的处理和方案的制定有重要的参考和借鉴意义。 Leakage was found at the pillar plunger seal during periodic inspection of the main pillar of the landing gear of a certain type of aircraft.In order to analyze the cause of the fault and solve the problem of air leakage,it was adopted that the quality returning to zero analysis method,by using the fault location,mechanism analysis,component compliance inspection and fault recurrence,it was found that in the assembly and installation process of the main pillar,if the unreasonable process method was adopted,the seal apron would be cut.With the long-term use of the aircraft,the sealing performance of the apron would continue to decrease,which caused the air leakage in the sealing part of the plunger of the main pillar.In the assembly process,we added the requirement of shrinkage treatment before assembly of the seal apron and refined the alignment installation process of the seal apron,which could effectively reduce the frequency of failure.The method of analyzing and solving the leakage fault of the main pillar high pressure cavity was of great reference to the treatment of other component faults and the formulation of schemes.
